The Construction News also includes more then 2,400 projects in the pre-bid and planning stages to help you find out what's bidding before your competitors. Take-off tools such as counting, measuring, and highlighting can be done right on your computer screen with our free, downloadable plans Pro Viewer. Upgraded subscribers can e-mail and plot full size drawings as well.
